This is what you are looking for and you should be all set to go: https://app.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=11.135. We do all of this frequently enough and have no hiccups with third parties accepting for recording and other prides properly RON'd documents even, much less just "simple" e-signed trust agreements and amendments. Good luck!

Subject: [WSBAPT] Question about e-signatures/notarization for revocable trusts
Hello listmates!
Question for the braintrust about e-signature and e-notarization for revocable living trusts. It seems like it's allowed per the RCWs and I'm not aware of any caselaw on disputes around e-signature/notarization for living trusts one way or another.
Does anyone have any thoughts either in support of or cautioning against electronic signature and/or notarization for revocable living trust establishment or amendments? For context: the question comes from a US citizen abroad who wants to amend their living trust, which was originally notarized and signed in-person within WA. I'm inclined to say yes to e-signature/notarization, but just want to know if there's anything I'm missing.
Thanks in advance,
Mehera Nori, Esq.
