Hello listmates!

Question for the braintrust about e-signature and e-notarization for
revocable living trusts. It seems like it's allowed per the RCWs and I'm
not aware of any caselaw on disputes around e-signature/notarization for
living trusts one way or another.

Does anyone have any thoughts either in support of or cautioning against
electronic signature and/or notarization for revocable living trust
establishment or amendments? For context: the question comes from a US
citizen abroad who wants to amend their living trust, which was originally
notarized and signed in-person within WA. I'm inclined to say yes to
e-signature/notarization, but just want to know if there's anything I'm
missing.

Thanks in advance,
