Great point, Brent! They are a credit union and apparently participate in shared branching, which I’ve used before. So even here in the little berg of Clarkston, I see several local CU branches one could visit to deposit a check over $100,000, which appears to be their mobile deposit limit. https://www.quorumfcu.org/services/atmfinder/.

No advocating. Never used them. Just liking that (cough cough) ONE institution in the entire USA appears to have thought this special use case through enough to come up this. We cannot complain nobody’s trying to “solve for this stuff,” I figure, if I don’t take 2 minutes to at least check them out.

This is interesting - I have not seen any responses....but I will tell you that I have had THREE different probates open where the local bank representative did not believe that a black and white printed version was the ORIGINAL letters testamentary that was issued by the Court but wouldn't allow the Executor/PR to email them the PDF that I had sent them from King County.

So this is appealing - but yet at the same time - I don't know how i feel about not having a branch to go to when I have checks with 6 or 7 zeros behind it.
