She called me looking for help but I'm not in a position to take this on at the moment.  I did not even get the name of her deceased daughter, but PC's name is Julie Wooden. When was the declaration of completion filed?  Of course, would need to know the name of the heir and decedent for a conflict's check.

HC is the mother of decedent who passed away intestate, single, and with no kids.  Sibling convinced parents to allow them to act as PR and filed the Declaration of Completion on 10/10/25.  DOC claims nearly 90% of the estate of approximately $390k in PR fees and administrative expenses.  HC is seeking assistance in objecting.  There is obviously a time crunch.  I will forward all referrals, self-referrals welcome.
