<p class="MsoNormal">HC is the mother of decedent who passed away intestate, single, and with no kids. Sibling convinced parents to allow them to act as PR and filed the Declaration of Completion on 10/10/25. DOC claims nearly 90% of the estate of approximately
$390k in PR fees and administrative expenses. HC is seeking assistance in objecting. There is obviously a time crunch. I will forward all referrals, self-referrals welcome.<o:p></o:p></p>
