Hello Listmates,

We previously posted a similar message to WSBARP and thought it might be helpful to share here in WSBAPT as well.

In short, our office is planning to work with a trustee or service provider who has handled a nonjudicial foreclosure in Washington State for a single residential property.  We’re seeking a service provider experienced with the statutory process under RCW 61.24, including preparing and serving required notices, and scheduling and conducting the trustee’s sale.

To help keep costs manageable for a client of ours, we prefer to work with a non-attorney trustee or foreclosure service provider, but we’re also open to other referrals. If you know of an affordable provider, we would greatly appreciate your recommendation.
