[WSBAPT] King County banks - blocked account orders?

BECU seems to be best to work with on blocked accounts.
I would stay clear of WF, B of America or the larger banks since they have been horrible, in my opinion.

I have an estate where I think I'm going to need to set up a blocked account, and I haven't done one in 10+ years. Does anyone have more recent experience-are there banks that refuse to deal with blocked accounts, would a credit union work better, any thoughts or war stories or suggestions?
