Hi Anna,
I haven't dealt with this issue specifically, but where financial
institutions are not following the law, I will try first with the
branch manager. If that doesn't work, send a letter certified mail to the
branch manager with a copy to the legal department. Let BECU's lawyers
straighten out their own employees. This has worked well. in the past.
