<div dir="ltr">Hi Anna,<div>I haven't dealt with this issue specifically, but where financial institutions are not following the law, I will try first with the branch manager. If that doesn't work, send a letter certified mail to the branch manager with a copy to the legal department. Let BECU's lawyers straighten out their own employees. This has worked well. in the past.</div><div>Warmly,</div><div>Laura</div></div><br><div class="gmail_quote gmail_quote_container"><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_attr">On Tue, Oct 14, 2025 at 9:51 AM Anna Van Pelt <<a href="mailto:anna@vanpeltlegal.com">anna@vanpeltlegal.com</a>> wrote:<br></div><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0.8ex;border-left:1px solid rgb(204,204,204);padding-left:1ex"><div class="msg-4126352077517158276">
