[WSBAPT] Withdrawal of Attorney

[Randy Boyer]

I havc a probate where the PR will not deal with the creditor claims or even respond to me.  She says she is dealing with another attorney but will not provide the name.  Do I need to set a motion to withdraw and notify creditors, department of revenue, etc.?  Or do I just file the withdrawal and send copies to the creditors that have filed or contacted me?
