[WSBAPT] Seeking referrals for two potential clients

Hello listmates,

I am seeking referrals for two potential clients.


  *
An estate planning attorney for a US citizen who splits his time between here and the Philippines, and is married to a Filipino woman who lives in the Philippines and is not a US citizen.  He has real property in Washington that will be inherited by his Filipino family members and would like to consult with a Washington attorney knowledgeable about the relevant inheritance laws.

  *
An elder law attorney with some knowledge of gift tax to work with a Seattle father and son who co-own a house.  According to the son, the father would like to gift his ownership interest in the house to the son.  Apparently the father has made prior gifts without filing federal gift tax returns; I do not know the extent of the prior gifts.  The father is elderly and losing his mental acuity.

I will forward all names to the potential clients, and I welcome self-referrals.
