Has anyone had any luck offloading a Hilton timeshare after an individual dies?

I am looking for any tips, information, or contacts that you are willing to share to give it back or to sell it to a third-party in the easiest way possible.

Hello -

I received a phone message yesterday from a PC referred me by my good friend who lives in South Seattle. She indicated that she and her partner of 30 years owned real property together. Partner died, and his son is trying to get half of their house. That's all I know. Her phone number has a 206 area code, and I'm thinking the house is in South Seattle.
