[WSBAPT] Unmarried partners / potential litigation referral

Hello -

I received a phone message yesterday from a PC referred me by my good friend who lives in South Seattle. She indicated that she and her partner of 30 years owned real property together. Partner died, and his son is trying to get half of their house. That's all I know. Her phone number has a 206 area code, and I'm thinking the house is in South Seattle.

Anyone interested in this referral? I'd like to call her Monday with a name or two. Thank you, Jeannie
