I had similar problems with KB several months ago.  Locally, I ended up connecting with Molly Henry at Schwab Big Law in Seattle, at 206-622-1711.  Not sure if KB is still in her portfolio, but she was good to work with and managed to get KB trust/legal department to get the matter resolved.

Listmates:

Have any of you had this problem?  Do any of you know what Seattle law firm handles Key Banks matters or better yet an in-house attorney for the bank?  This is such a pain the ass.
