[WSBAPT] Key Bank

Listmates:

 

A branch of Key Bank, in Seattle, insists we obtain a court order confirming
who the Successor Trustee is for the Trust.  The document is clear as to who
is the successor.  Have any of you had this problem?  Do any of you know
what Seattle law firm handles Key Banks matters or better yet an in-house
attorney for the bank?  This is such a pain the ass.
