[WSBAPT] Probate Filing Fee to Increase by $50

Did everyone see the Clerk's alert from the King County Clerk's Office
advising of the new filing fees going into effect on Monday the 27th?

Though it came from a clerk's alert in King County - this is a state law
that is a fee imposed on ALL superior courts regardless of county.

With all the work on the estate tax, I totally missed this increased fee.
