[WSBAPT] King County Filing - improper size

Thank you for the quick responses. Apparently my scanner reduced the paper
length to 10.90 inches instead of 11, even though it says scan as 8 1/2 x
11.  Good to know that the Print to PDF worked to make it exactly the right
dimension.
