Hi Brent,

First, look at the document properties and see if they are truly 8.5" x 11".  If not, try checking your scanner settings to make sure they are set to make standard size documents.  If that isn't the source of the problem, I have found a work-around is to "print to pdf" each document (yes, print a pdf to another pdf) and specify that the resulting document should be 8.5"x11".

It's a giant pain in the neck, but it does save a trip to the courthouse.

Subject: [WSBAPT] King County Filing - improper size

Is anyone else getting a message today (Friday) for filing documents saying that they are improper size? I am attempting to file documents that my office scanned - same as we have hundreds of times before - and every single item is coming up improper size, not 8 1/2 x 11.

I will give it a few minutes and try again but otherwise have no idea as to what to do short of sending physical documents to the Courthouse.
