[WSBAPT] referral to real estate attorney, Kitsap County

My long-time estate planning client (brother of close friend) is looking for help in selling his residence to his neighbor.  I would like to refer him to an attorney who handles real estate matters in Kitsap County.  He lives in Port Orchard, near Olalla.  Specifically, on Mullenix Road.
