Jordan,
I recommend Agile Estate Planning software. It was founded by a Washington
estate planning attorney and I have been using it for about 6 months and
find it easy to use, great customer support and templates are free of bugs.
As far as your question is concerned, when was the holographic type will
signed (before or after valid Will)? Does the holographic will look like a
Will or a tangible property list? Does the holographic will meet the legal
requirements for a valid Will in Washington? Washington does not
recognize holographic Wills, however, there are other issues to consider
before you proceed with filing the Will and starting probate. I would be
