[WSBAPT] Probate and Trust Question

Hello,
 
I am a newer attorney practicing in this area of probate and estate planning. Can anyone offer some guidance on what you would do if a PR had both a valid will and an invalid holographic type will? Would you ignore the invalid will and file the valid will? How about if the holographic type will was meant to be an tangible property list?
 
Also, does anyone have tips of resources they use for trust drafting?
