[WSBAPT] Oahu Probate attorney to consult

I need to consult with a probate attorney on Oahu regarding whether a WA probate is needed for the claims being made for injuries sustained in WA in a home which was owned by a resident of Oahu.   The injuries occurred in a rental home after the death of the co-owner.  There was a property management company in WA who was responsible for the rental/tenant issues.  The decedent and his wife owned the home in WA as a rental, but resided on Oahu.  The probate has been opened in Oahu, and the PR widow has an attorney.  A settlement demand is being sent for the claimed damages and there is a homeowner's rental policy in place which should cover the claims.  But, getting the run around from the Oahu probate attorney and concerned about deadlines and making a creditor claim.
