[WSBAPT] Insolvent Estate - One Small Bank Account

My experience with this is just to wait for two years post date of death -
the statute of limitations for filing suit against the Decedent's estate.
That is generally less time lapsed before it is turned over to the State.
Then after two years, they can go in with the Small Estate Affidavit .
