[WSBAPT] Insolvent Estate - One Small Bank Account

Listmates:
This would normally be a small estate affidavit. However, the only asset is
a bank account with less then $2000 in it. Decedent's debts total over
$25,000.00. What would you do in a situation like this. You can't have
them sign a small estate affidavit as they say they have paid or have made
arrangements to pay the decedent's debts. Does the heir just walk away and
wait for the funds to be turned over to the State?
