[WSBAPT] Contact with US Bank

Does anyone here have a back office contact with US Bank?

One of my long-term clients who is now in an assisted living facility and
not able to manage any aspect of her finances has been locked out of her US
Bank account.  The Agent (who originally took the POA to the bank in 2018)
has been denied access because allegedly the bank account has her last name
being a hyphenate (she had a husband who died in the 80's, and then a
second husband that died in 2000-2001).

When she did her EP with me in 2018, her licensed just had her as Jane
Smith and not as Jane Roberts Smith (fake names of course). So all of her
documents were written for Jane Smith.

Need to try and help these folks get through this blockage but the local
level manager is refusing to budge.
