[WSBAPT] Calculating Days

Never mind - Sounds like I need to get it filed tomorrow.


The time within which an act is to be done, as herein provided, shall be computed by excluding the first day, and including the last. RCW 1.12.040

So if I file and serve tomorrow, Tuesday April 22, and start counting the next day, Wednesday April 23, then 20 days = Tuesday May 13.

Guess I need to keep sitting here and finish this.
