[WSBAPT] Calculating Days

It’s getting late and I’m getting rummy. Anyone still out there?

I want to set a hearing on a TEDRA matter. The TEDRA statute requires 20 days notice.

If I want to set it on Tuesday, May 13 - can I file and serve it Wednesday? or would I have to get it in tomorrow? 

I can never remember whether you count the day of filing or hearing, especially after a long day.
