[WSBAPT] poa for executor

[Harkiran Sekhon]

Hi Listmates,

Do you know if a poa agent for a named executor can get appointed and serve
on their behalf? If the POA doc states that the agent can initiate legal
action on behalf of the principal. Anyone seen that work?
