[WSBAPT] Baby wrongful death case; before settlement there is a later born sister

I have an interesting case in which a baby died tragically after birth, and a wrongful death action is being maintained by the Administrator mother of the decedent.
After the death, the parents have another child (half-sister) and WD attorney and mother/Estate Admin. with support of father want to provide recommendations to the SGAL in a potential WD settlement where the half-sister (born after her brother's death) of the deceased baby will receive allocation of some of the WD monies.  Of course, the parents and other half-sister would receive recommended allocations as beneficiaries under RCW 4.20.

The current situation is a half-sister minor born before the baby and another half-sister born after the death of the baby brother.
I would like to review any SGAL reports/court orders where this recommendation was accepted by the Court along with opinions on this issue.
