<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">After the death, the parents have another child (half-sister) and WD attorney and mother/Estate Admin. with support of father want to provide recommendations to the SGAL in
a potential WD settlement where the half-sister (born after her brother’s death) of the deceased baby will receive allocation of some of the WD monies. Of course, the parents and other half-sister would receive recommended allocations as beneficiaries under
RCW 4.20.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">The current situation is a half-sister minor born before the baby and another half-sister born after the death of the baby brother.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">I would like to review any SGAL reports/court orders where this recommendation was accepted by the Court along with opinions on this issue.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
