I have not used SASH specifically, but I will say that I just had a client
try to do an "easy" sale with a company that was using an LLC. There is a
lot that I don't know, but the end result was that First American Title
canceled the transaction on the day I was taking the deed to the PR to sign
and (literally, while I was in transit) they sent an email advising that
the sale was canceled. All I could get from my contacts is that First
American (as an entire company) has refused to ever be involved with the
buyer who uses LLCs because they engage in some shady/illegal things where
they made this business decision.
Again, I don't know SASH, but I am weary of anyone who insists on doing
something that isn't required by law.
