If SASH really wants title conveyed to an LLC, I recommend that the Estate just sell the home to SASH. They can do whatever they want with it after that.

Subject: [WSBAPT] SASH (Sell A Senior's Home) and Probate

Does anyone have any experience with SASH in the context of a probate? Client wants to use them in the sale of an estate home. However, SASH's Managed Home Sale Agreement requires that the home be transferred to an LLC wherein they are the exclusive Manager. They claim that they have done this many times.

I am leery of allowing an estate asset to be transferred to an LLC which the Personal Representative does not control.

Any thoughts or experiences are appreciated.

Sincerely,

Michael P. Jacobs
