I would review RCW 64.06.010(6), which states that a PR is not required to give disclosures. I would be careful also that the PR is executing a limited warranty deed, not a statutory warranty deed.

Subject: [WSBAPT] Form 17 disclosures
[External Email]
Greetings List Members -
One of my executors has signed for the sale of property of which he is the executor fo both the mom and dad's estate.
My question - on the form 17, there are four options - yes, no, I don't know, and N/A
Which is the appropriate answer? I feel that if he checks the I Don't Know box that it could somehow transcend into a discussion of what he actually knew as a person, and not just the role of Executor. As where if he checks N/A - that would be feel more appropriate.
Anyone have specific insights?
