[WSBAPT] Attorney change of address notifications

If an attorney changes their mailing address after publishing and filing the Notice to Creditors, must an amended Notice to Creditors be filed? Or is it enough that a Notice of Change of Attorney Address is filed into the case?

Related question: assuming the NTC does not need to be amended, can the NTC with the old, incorrect address simply be mailed as-is to known creditors without, say, a copy of the Notice of Change of Attorney Address?

Thanks for any input,
Sara Longley
