[WSBAPT] Reopening Probate - A Procedural Question

You file under the existing cause number and case.  You will need to check with the clerk of the court you are filing and re-opening for the filing fee.

Hello Listmates,
I have my first opportunity to reopen a probate case and request the reissuance of letters under RCW 11.76.250. I'm hoping this group can clarify for me whether the petition to reopen probate should be filed under the existing probate case number or whether this is treated as a new case? If it is filed in the existing case is there a filing fee? Or only the ex parte application fee?
