[WSBAPT] Delegation of authority by out-of-state PR

I have developed my own LPOA to access safe deposit boxes and
open/close/manage accounts for non-local clients. It hasn't been refused by
a bank yet (knock on wood)! I'm happy to share my form if you email me
directly.
