[WSBAPT] Bank Resistance to Co-Personal Representatives

I have in recent years run into pushback from banks, etc. when there are Co-Personal Representatives. Their systems simply cannot handle a situation where two or more signatures are required. I have started including language allowing either fiduciary to sign checks in my wills and trust agreements. I think others have also run into this.

Last week in a probate I ran into this with BECU, where there hadn't been helpful language in the wills. So I put together the attached, which BECU said was "just what we need." So I am passing it on in case others find it useful.
