Hi list mates,

As you may know, my company Agile Estate Planning has been working on estate planning forms software that is specific and custom to Washington State for over a year and a half.  We want to thank all of the beta users who tested our software, gave us feedback and shared ideas with us.  We have loved learning more about you and your practices.

Here are the subscription details:


  *   Our estate plans cover basic to complex GST planning, include Wills and Revocable Trusts, powers of attorney and health directives for Washington State.
  *   A subscription also includes client-facing education handouts and an online questionnaire system to gather client EP information.
  *   Subscribe monthly for $150 for the first user and $50 more for each additional user.  You can cancel at any time - no onboarding fee and no contract.
  *   Subscribe for a full year for $1620 for the first user and $600 more for each additional user. There is no onboarding fee, but you're locked in for a year.
  *   There is a 14-DAY FREE TRIAL, no credit card information needed.

Our pricing is significantly less than Wealth Counsel, Interactive Legal, and even Adapt, and better yet, the forms are specific to Washington. In fact, we have some users with an Agile subscription and a Wealth Counsel subscription just to take advantage of the more custom Washington powers of attorney and health directives.

We are hard at work on adding new Washington forms and creating Oregon estate planning forms now.  They should be available for testing this summer. We will continue to add functionality and content to these forms and will continue to reach out to the estate planning and solo/small firm community for ideas, testing and discussion.
