[WSBAPT] corporate asset

Listmates, Decedent's Washington corporation is insolvent. Decedent was sole/only shareholder. The corporate bank account had some money in it, which was seized by a creditor. Corp was administratively dissolved just recently. PR has found no liquid corporation assets, but there is some company equipment PR could liquidate for maybe $25-30k. Can the non-intervention PR somehow liquidate the corporate equipment without having to wind-up the corporation under the statute? Estate would abandon the net sales proceeds for corporate creditors to claim. I cannot find any legal authority for the PR to step into the shoes of the deceased shareholder to wind-up the corporation but even if that is possible, it is not worth the time and effort except to be rid of the corporate equipment. The estate is solvent. Creditor claims deadline against decedent has expired, no corporation creditors filed claims. Any advice how best to handle appreciated - Shannon
