[WSBAPT] PR discretion to assess quality of charitable beneficiaries

The client could name a fund at a local community foundation. Funds usually
support particular types of charitable endeavors. You are relying on the
foundation to do the work of making sure the supported charities are still
worth supporting. She can also set up her own fund. See this page of sample
language from the Community Foundation of Snohomish County.
