[WSBAPT] Keeping probate open for the next 15 years

Nick -

I had a probate where there was money due from the Dutch government for
atrocities under the Holocaust. Same thing - though not as slow as the US
Congress appropriations process....but several years. Because there was
literally no one else but the two sisters who were both equal beneficiaries
and co-executors - we never filed the annual report because no one
requested it. Then what I did was just watch the dates on the original
"trial schedule" that was generated when we filed to open the petition.
When we approached the timeline for potentially being administratively
close, a very simple report was generated to show that we were still here
and why it was open.

Got the payment, closed the next week.

Good luck to you!
Brent
