[WSBAPT] TEDRA Question

Hi all:

A client came to me wanting to revoke her RLT. She and her spouse created
the RLT a few decades ago, and he died recently. The RLT says the following:

*"After the death of the first of us, our Trust and all other trusts
created under it shall become irrevocable and shall not be subject to
amendment after the death of the first of us." *

Could a TEDRA Agreement, signed by surviving spouse/grantor and all the
beneficiaries, be a work-around to this provision, allowing the surviving
grantor to revoke the Trust?

Thank you in advance for your wisdom!

Warmly,
Kendel
