Another Pierce County newspaper that appears to qualify for legal notices
is the weekly named "The Dispatch". I believe it formerly was published in
Eatonville, but now by Seattle-based Pacific Publishing Company. It appears
still to emphasize east Pierce County news. In the July 10 issue, three of
its eight pages are legal notices.

I don't expect The Dispatch has a wide readership, but neither does The
Tacoma Daily Index. But The Dispatch can be read online without a
subscription. I've not used The Dispatch, but I do see in it a Notice to
Creditors in a Pierce County Superior Court probate case.
