[WSBAPT] Original probate attorney/registered agent for out of state PR withdraws at probate attorney

A petition to revoke letters testamentary needs to be brought.  PR is out of
state and appointed the original attorney, for the estate, as local agent
for PR.  The substitution and withdrawal document does not mention either
the original attorney withdrawing as local agent or the new attorney
accepting the position of local agent. In serving the citation, and
petition, does it go to the original attorney, serve it personally on the PR
with copy to new attorney?  Your thoughts.
