[WSBAPT] Referral - King County/Will Contest

Listees, Happy New Year.  PC, son, tells me that his Mother ("M") had a determination of dementia prior to 2018 and was committed to a care faciality.  Unbeknownst to son, sometime in 2018, M's sister stepped in and got M to change her Will to leave everything to sister.  M has now died and sister has recently opened probate in King County.  Son says M did not have capacity to change Will in 2018 and he has her prior wet-signature Will that leaves everything to him.  Needs a consultation and, most likely, a Will contest.  Sister represented by Bateman Law Group in Renton.  Any takers?
