[WSBAPT] Referral: Injunction Re Removal of Body

Potential client, based in Seattle, was planning to perform a Hindu cremation for father in Washington State this weekend. Today they learned that decedent's wife with whom he was in a nasty divorce fight  (she had neglected his health needs and instigated his flight to live with potential client in Seattle, filed for divorce and had him falsely arrested for elder abuse) has informed the funeral home in Seattle that she will be bringing the body back to Texas. Potential Client's father has been living with them since April 2023 before he died this month.

Potential Client is in contact with Texas attorney, but would also like to talk to a WA attorney about getting an injunction to prevent them from removing his body.
