[WSBAPT] Transfer title of mobile home

Hello listmates:

My client, the PR and only heir, needs to transfer the title of a mobile
home and the land it sits on to herself in a probate matter.  The land and
mobile home have separate titles.  I obviously can use a PR deed to transfer
the land, but I've never had to transfer ownership of a mobile home before.
I'm finding the county's website unhelpful as I try to figure out the
procedure.  Can anyone explain to me the process for this?
