[WSBAPT] Replacing Personal Representative

You do this under RCW 11.96A and file a TEDRA petition to remove and set for hearing. Summons required in TEDRA but mail is how person is served.  You can note for hearing with notice (min 20 days).
I opt for personal service at times but depends on situation.  I have made by motion, but it is hit and miss in different counties if it will be heard by motion - in King county, if cut and dry and obvious, with possibility of no response or objection, then maybe.  Never in Snohomish county.  Kitsap, possibly.

I represent an heir in a probate matter. The Personal Representative may need to be replaced. How is this done? By Petition? By Motion? If by Petition is a Summons required and personal service? It is not clear to me from reading the statutes. [ RCW 11.28.250] [RCW 11.68.070]
