[WSBAPT] disclaimer question

A husband and wife have investment accounts with various assets deposited there during the course of their long term marriage. The accounts are held jointly with right of survivorship. Wife dies. Can husband disclaim 100% of the JT/WROS even though he contributed to it? Shannon
