[WSBAPT] Overseas client

Good morning,

This is a new one for me. A former client is currently on a year-long trip around the world. They decided that they want to change their beneficiary designations, as soon as possible, but won't be back in the states (much less Washington) until at least June. Has anyone advised a client on how to execute their Washington-base will while being physically out of the country?
